This Privacy Policy explains how FitClips, operated by MVC Ventures, LLC ("FitClips", "we", "us"), collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the FitClips app and related services (the "Service").
Information we collect
- Account information — your email address, name, and (if provided) phone number, used to create and secure your account.
- Content you import — the source links you choose to import and the fitness clips generated for your personal library.
- Subscription information — your subscription status, provided by Apple/Google and our payments provider. We do not store your full payment-card details.
- Usage & device data — basic analytics and diagnostic data (such as app events, device type, and crash logs) used to operate and improve the Service.
How we use your information
- to provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
- to process imports and build your personal library;
- to manage your account, subscription, and support requests;
- to keep the Service secure and to comply with legal obligations.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run the Service (such as cloud hosting, authentication, analytics, and payments), and when required by law or to protect our rights and users.
Data storage & security
Your data is stored on Google Cloud / Firebase infrastructure. Source videos are downloaded only temporarily to generate your clips and are then deleted; we retain the processed clips, thumbnails, and metadata associated with your library. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information.
Your choices & rights
- You can edit your profile and delete individual imports from within the app.
- You can delete your account, which removes your library content, from the app's settings.
- Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data — contact us to make a request.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
