Common questions
How do I import a workout video?
Copy the video's link from YouTube, Instagram, or TikTok, open FitClips, and paste it on the Import tab. Your clip is processed and appears in your library — usually within a minute.
An import failed or is stuck. What do I do?
Imports occasionally fail when the source platform is slow or the video is unavailable (private, deleted, or region-locked). FitClips retries automatically; if a card stays failed, remove it and try the link again. Still stuck? Email us the link at info@fitclipsapp.com and we'll take a look.
How do subscriptions and billing work?
FitClips subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account. You can manage, cancel, or restore your subscription any time in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I delete my account and data?
In the app, go to Profile → Settings and choose Delete account. This permanently removes your account and your library content. You can also email us and we'll process the deletion for you.
I'm a content creator / rights holder. How do I report content?
We respond to copyright notices under the DMCA. Please see our DMCA / Copyright Policy for exactly what to include, or write to info@fitclipsapp.com.
Which platforms can I import from?
YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok links are supported today. We're expanding platform support over time — tell us what you'd like to see next.
